Changing the Way the World Talks About Pelvic Health

Our values

We’re committed to thoughtful, expert care that treats the whole person with clarity and compassion.

We believe in

Making pelvic health honest, accessible, and completely free of shame.

We're loving

The growing conversation around pelvic health and the chance to help more people feel at home in their bodies.

Healthy Pelvis delivers pelvic floor physical therapy designed to support the body through change, recovery, and everyday life. We treat a wide range of conditions at every stage of life, including pregnancy and postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause, sexual health, pelvic organ prolapse, and bladder and bowel dysfunction, as well as other concerns.

Our approach is guided by a whole-body understanding of how the pelvic floor works within the rest of the body. Our care model is clear, supportive, and effective, with treatment that is individualized, practical, and focused on helping patients move and feel great in their bodies.

Meet Our Founder

Tanya Goodrich is the founder of Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy and one of the leading experts in pelvic health, with over 15 years of clinical experience. With a BFA in Dance from CalArts and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UCSF, she blends movement knowledge with advanced clinical training to offer compassionate, whole-body pelvic care. Over the course of her career, she has helped thousands of individuals navigate pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, sexual health concerns, and hormonal transitions—with clarity, confidence, and warmth.

In addition to her clinical work, Tanya regularly hosts workshops in the Bay Area,  serves as a Clinical Advisor to Hot Pause Health and Evernow, partners with Stanford Health and Blossom Birth and Family to expand access to pelvic care, and serves on the Board of the Banyan Tree Women’s Collective, a philanthropic organization supporting women’s health and empowerment. Her passion for education and advocacy extends far beyond the treatment room, and she is deeply committed to elevating pelvic health, breaking stigma, and creating a safe, supportive space for every person who walks through the door.
