Healthy Pelvis delivers pelvic floor physical therapy designed to support the body through change, recovery, and everyday life. We treat a wide range of conditions at every stage of life, including pregnancy and postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause, sexual health, pelvic organ prolapse, and bladder and bowel dysfunction, as well as other concerns.

Dr. Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT is the founder and CEO of Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy. With over 15 years of experience, she is a recognized leader in pelvic health, known for delivering results-driven, whole-body care across pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel health, menopause, and sexual wellness.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Tanya teaches pelvic health to OB-GYN residents at Stanford University School of Medicine and speaks internationally on pelvic health education. Her expertise has been featured in Yoga Journal, and she has been recognized by Maria Shriver as an Architect of Change. She is also a Tory Burch Fellow, recognized for her leadership as a founder and entrepreneur.
She collaborates with Midi Health, Hot Pause Health, Novel Labs, and Kegg to expand access to pelvic care and advance innovation in women’s health. She serves on the board of the Banyan Tree Women’s Collective and partners with Blossom Birth and Family to support initiatives for women and families.
Her passion for education and advocacy extends far beyond the treatment room, and she is deeply committed to elevating pelvic health, breaking stigma, and creating a safe, supportive space for every person who walks through the door.
Sonia specializes in women’s and pediatric pelvic health. She earned her Physiotherapy degree from Faridabad Institute of Technology and a Master’s from Queen Margaret University. Her own pregnancy experiences shape her compassionate care.
Sonia speaks English and Hindi.
Aly treats women’s pelvic and orthopedic conditions. She holds degrees from Drake University and the University of Minnesota. Aly has advocated for the profession on Capitol Hill and contributed to the Journal of Physical Therapy Education.
Naz is board-certified in orthopedic physical therapy and specializes in pelvic and orthopedic care. She earned her DPT from the University of Minnesota and treats a wide range of conditions, from joint pain to pelvic floor dysfunction.
Haley specializes in pelvic health and orthopedic care for both women and men. A former Division I athlete, she holds degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Washington. She also offers proper bike fit consultations.
Jill specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, and perinatal and menopausal care. She earned her Master’s inPhysical Therapy from the University of Ottawa and holds DPT equivalency through FCCPT. Drawing from her own health journey, Jill uses a compassionate approach to help patients restore function and feel confident in their bodies.
Diana ensures the clinic runs smoothly and that patients feel fully supported. She holds a Master of Science from MIT and brings a background in engineering and early childhood education. Her problem-solving skills and compassionate approach help create a welcoming experience for every patient.
