Body Aches, Pain, & Injury

Pain and injuries don’t exist in isolation—especially when they involve posture, movement patterns, or how your body manages load. Pelvic physical therapy addresses body aches and injuries by treating the whole system, recognizing the connection between the core, pelvis, and the rest of the body.

Our Approach​

We take a whole-body, movement-based approach to pain and injury. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, posture and movement retraining, core and pelvic floor integration, breath and pressure strategies, and progressive loading to help reduce pain and restore confident movement.

We Treat:

Low back pain or stiffness, including sciatica or radiating leg pain

Hip, groin, or SI joint pain

Neck and shoulder tension

Postural pain related to daily activities or work

Pain following injury or overuse

Movement-related pain affecting exercise or daily life
