Postpartum recovery is about more than waiting six weeks—it’s about restoring strength, support, and confidence after pregnancy and birth. Pelvic physical therapy helps address common postpartum symptoms early, supporting healing after both vaginal deliveries and C-sections.

Our Approach​

We take a whole-body, individualized approach to postpartum care. Treatment focuses on gentle core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, breath and pressure coordination, scar mobility when needed, and progressive movement strategies to help you return to daily life and exercise safely and confidently.
