Pregnancy places increasing demands on your core, pelvic floor, and movement system—and how you prepare matters. Pelvic physical therapy during pregnancy helps reduce pain, improve confidence with movement, and prepare your body for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.

Our Approach​

We focus on preparing your body—not just your pelvic floor—for pregnancy and birth. Treatment includes movement-based core and pelvic floor training, breath and pressure management, labor-position education, and strategies to reduce pain while keeping you active and confident through pregnancy and into postpartum recovery.
