Tanya is the founder of Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy and a leading expert in women's pelvic health. She has a BFA in Dance from California Institute of the Arts and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UCSF. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Tanya has helped thousands of women with a diverse range of pelvic health issues. Beyond her clinical practice and patient care, she is a respected speaker on women’s pelvic health and advises Evernow, a company focused on menopause care.

Sonia Sharma, MSPT
Physical Therapist
Sonia is an accomplished orthopedic physical therapist with a focus on women’s and pediatric pelvic health. She earned her undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy from Faridabad Institute of Technology and Sciences and her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Queen Margaret University. Sonia's dedication to women's pelvic health has been influenced by her own pregnancy experiences, giving her a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. She is fluent in both English and Hindi.

Aly Tisthammer, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Aly is an experienced physical therapist specializing in women’s pelvic and orthopedic treatment. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Clinical and Applied Health Science from Drake University, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. In addition to her extensive clinical work, Aly has lobbied for the physical therapy profession on Capitol Hill and contributed to the Journal of Physical Therapy Education. Her commitment and achievements truly set her apart in the field.

Naz is a highly skilled pelvic and orthopedic physical therapist with extensive clinical experience. She specializes in both pelvic health and orthopedic care, treating a wide range of conditions from shoulder and knee issues to pelvic floor dysfunction. Naz earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota and holds a board certification in orthopedic physical therapy.
