  • "I was looking for a women's health physical therapist after developing prolapse and I am so glad I came across Tanya and Jess! From day one they have not only helped me on my journey to heal my body but they have also been my cheerleaders encouraging and giving me strength and hope along the way. Most recently I have been working with Jess and I can't say enough great things about her. She really cares about her clients and she brings all her knowledge to you in such a warm and comfortable way. She is truly amazing and I am so grateful for all she has done to help me! More people need to know about the power of women's physical therapy and the women at Healthy Pelvis!!"

  • "Run, don't walk, to an appointment with Tanya. I just did a workout, that this time last year, I absolutely failed so miserably because of my non-complying pelvic floor. Turns out, you need a pelvic floor to do a boxing-style workout with skipping rope, double unders (skipping) kicks and jacks for a whole hour. Well, I'm happy to report, it was 100% improved due to Tanya's easy-to-understand and clear exercises. Do yourself a favor and just book the appointment!"

  • "Tanya quite simply does amazing healing. After entering my 50's had some (ahem) pelvic tightness that was causing me issues and after my initial research, a solution wasn't looking too promising. SO LUCKY to have persevered and found Tanya. She's knowledgeable, skilled and kind. She strikes an amazing balance between being very respectful but but not too serious. Her treatment was impressively effective and I wish that more women were aware of the availability of this type of treatment."

  • "Eileen is so amazing to work with. Her knowledge from being a professional yoga instructor, trained and certified PT, and now a pelvic floor expert enables her to support me from a holistic standpoint and the results have been terrific. I highly recommend you coming to see Eileen if you’re having any pelvic floor, hips, back or leg issues. She’ll help you better understand the cause of your pain and put you on a program to feel stronger and healthier."

  • "It's taken me a long time to write this review (my son is now 10 months old and I saw Tanya and Jess when he was about 2-3 months old) but that's how good their work was-that I'm still thinking about it! I'm grateful for the work they did with me postpartum and they gave me exercises that I still do which save my back from carrying my 23 pound baby. I only needed a couple appointments to get my postpartum body feeling optimal again. Tanya said pelvic floor therapy is a part of standard postpartum care in Europe and I wish that everyone here knew about it too! Healthy Pelvis is a must for your postpartum recovery!"

  • "I would highly recommend Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy and Jess Fu. I had some serious health complications that came up a few months post childbirth, and was very worried about long term health impacts. I was fortunate enough to quickly get time to see Jess in person, and she was so effective in her PT methods that after a few weeks my doctor told me I had managed to reverse the negative trajectory that my body had been taking. Jess is not only very kind and wise in spirit and communication, but she is very holistic in how she works with clients - body and mind working together, and made me feel tremendously comforted and secure for a very private health issue, which it turned gave me the confidence to really dig in and work to heal. Thank you Jess."
