Men’s Pelvic Health
Pelvic pain and urinary issues are common in men—and highly treatable with the right care.
Relief for pelvic pain, urinary and bowel problems, and sexual dysfunction—without unnecessary medication or surgery.
Men often experience pelvic floor dysfunction, but because symptoms can mimic prostate or bladder issues, diagnosis is frequently delayed—sometimes up to seven years. Research shows that over 90% of men with genitourinary pelvic pain are misdiagnosed with prostatitis and treated with antibiotics despite not having an infection. In reality, many of these men have Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS). At Healthy Pelvis, we understand the unique challenges men face and provide targeted, evidence-based care that delivers results.

Our Approach
Your first evaluation includes a detailed review of your history and symptoms, followed by a comprehensive physical exam of muscles, tissues, joints, nerves, and movement patterns. Treatment begins at the first session with manual therapy techniques like massage, stretching, and mobilization to reduce pain, improve circulation, and release tension in the pelvic floor. We then design a personalized treatment plan with short- and long-term goals. Most patients notice improvement after the very first appointment and significant progress by the third. Ongoing sessions (weekly or biweekly for 3–4 months) help retrain muscles, restore function, and give lasting relief.
